In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Amedco LLC and the Association for Molecular Pathology. Instructions for how to claim credit will be emailed to participants after the course. Up to 5.5 hours of CME or CMLE (see below).Access to the platform with all recordings (including Q&A) and course materials until April 15, 2022.LIVE interactive case studies on January 13, 2022.LIVE Q&A with faculty on January 13, 2022.Describe the role of bioinformatic algorithms on the analysis of NGS data, such as TMB assessments, copy number variants, and/or fusion detections.Evaluate methods of single nucleotide variant detection, copy number detection, and structural variant (fusions) detection by conventional and advanced genomic technologies.Identify common preanalytical variables that impact molecular testing.Review the current state of SARS-CoV-2 testing.Discuss the current hot topics in molecular pathology. These sessions will be followed by interactive presentations where participants work through the various case studies related to the topics discussed in the morning. In addition, we will have an up-to-date discussion on the status of SARS-CoV-2 testing and the COVID-19 pandemic. We will then review preanalytical variables that impact molecular testing, testing modalities for the assessment of genome structure, and the current and future application of genomic technologies and informatics in clinical practice.

Join us for an interactive course designed to provide updates on the latest technologies in molecular pathology. First, we will take an exciting look at current molecular hot topics. Please be sure to check back for all the latest information. This website will be updated as more information becomes available.
